Get Started

Install in a minute

Download the Windows installer above and open it from your Downloads folder.
Choose where to install it and click Install. A shortcut is added to your Start menu.
Open Auction Dealer Access and sign in with your dealer email and password.

If Windows shows a blue “Windows protected your PC” message, click More info and then Run anyway. You only see this the first time.

Download the macOS disk image above and open it.
Drag Auction Dealer Access into your Applications folder.
Open it from Applications or Launchpad and sign in with your dealer email and password.

If macOS says the app can't be opened, right-click (or Control-click) the app in Applications, choose Open, then confirm with Open. You only need to do this once.

Download the AppImage above.
Make it executable: right-click → Properties → Allow executing file as program, or run chmod +x Auction-Dealer-Access-*.AppImage.
Double-click it to start the app and sign in with your dealer email and password.

Some distributions need FUSE to run AppImages — on Ubuntu 22.04 and later, install it with sudo apt install libfuse2.

Frequently Asked Questions

Yes. It is included with every Auction Dealer Access account. What you can use inside it depends on your plan and permissions, exactly as on the web.

No. Sign in with the same email and password you use on the web dashboard. Dealer employees sign in with their own employee login.

The app checks for new versions while it runs and downloads them in the background. When an update is ready you are asked to restart, which installs it in a few seconds.

The app needs an internet connection to load and save your data. If your connection drops it shows an offline screen and picks up where you left off as soon as you are back online.

Of course. The desktop app and the web dashboard share the same account and data, so you can switch between them at any time.
