5. Title Services

Auction Dealer Access facilitates title processing services on behalf of licensed dealers. By submitting a title service request, you confirm that:

• You have legal authority to submit the vehicle and associated documents.
• All information provided is accurate and complete to the best of your knowledge.
• You understand that processing times may vary based on state DMV requirements.
• You accept responsibility for any fees, penalties, or delays resulting from inaccurate submissions.

6. Fees and Payment

Fees for our services are displayed within the platform and are subject to change with notice. By submitting a payment, you authorize us to charge the applicable fees to your selected payment method. All fees are non-refundable unless otherwise stated. Late payment fees may apply as disclosed at the time of service.

7. Subscription and Packages

Certain features require an active subscription or package. Subscriptions auto-renew unless cancelled before the renewal date. You may cancel your subscription at any time through your account settings. Cancellation takes effect at the end of the current billing period.

8. Intellectual Property

All content, trademarks, logos, and software on the Auction Dealer Access platform are the exclusive property of Tri State Auto Sales Corp (Auction Dealer Access) or its licensors. You are granted a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable license to use the Service for your internal business purposes only.

9. Third-Party Services

11. Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, Tri State Auto Sales Corp (Auction Dealer Access) shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages arising from your use of the Service. Our total liability for any claim related to the Service shall not exceed the amount you paid us in the three months preceding the claim.
